We typically process orders in 1-5 business days. Please allow additional time during sales and holidays. Shipping times will vary depending on where you live.

We ship through USPS with tracking on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.

Please double check your address before completing your purchase. We want to make sure you receive your order. If your address was incorrect at checkout and we have not shipped out your clothing please contact us (call 131 7649 9287) so we can have it shipped to the correct address for you.

If you pay for shipping, we are not able to refund or issue store credit for shipping charges.

We are so glad that your order is part of the way there. We process and ship orders out of our warehouse + all of our stores, so if part of your order arrived, but not the entire order please wait a couple days for the rest to arrive. If you still haven’t seen the other part arrive after a couple days please reach out to our customer service department to see if there was an issue with a portion of the order: [email protected].

If your shipping address was entered incorrectly during the checkout process and the package has been shipped,Cibbea cannot cover any claims on the package if it is lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered. Feel free to reach out to our customer service team using the form on this page or sending an email to [email protected] to see if an address change is available for an additional fee.

If the package has not been shipped, contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line: URGENT SHIPPING CHANGE. Please include your order number and correct shipping address in the body of the email.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and shipping speed. Shipping speeds range from 3-21 days. Please allow for 3-4 additional days for processing your order. If there are customs and/or duties to be paid; they are separate from any shipping charges that Cibbea collected and will need to be paid by the customer.

If we have processed your order, it will need to be shipped back as a normal exchange. Please see our exchange policy page for details.

If there is a shortage of product for your order we will reach out to you and let you know about it. This doesn’t happen very often.
